3. Proficient in setting up , troubleshooting and administering Catalyst 6500
service modules (IDSM, FWSM and NAM)
4. Proficient in monitoring and managing alarms and events from IPS appliances.
5. Excellent firewall and IPS troubleshooting skills
6. Proficient with Cisco Access Control Server, Cisco IOS AAA Configuration
7. Excellent routing and switching troubleshooting skills with emphasis on multicast
routing, OSPF, VLAN segmentation and inter-VLAN routing
8. Proficient in troubleshooting IP Telephony related issues on a segmented LAN
9. Proficient in the administration and management of Cisco Catalyst switches
and routers using CWLMS He must be able to interface with the customer (very
important!!!!)
10. He must be able to work under pressure and for long hours, if required
11. He must have good communication skills (verbal and written) |
